VIRTUAL PERFORMANCES

Are we allowed to produce a "virtual" production of a Concord Theatricals show (i.e., with no performances in a theatre for an in-person audience)?
For more information about “virtual” productions, click here. Unfortunately, "virtual" production rights aren't available from Concord Theatricals for many shows. These rights are not held or controlled by Concord Theatricals, and we will have to send your proposal to the author's representatives for approval on a case-by-case basis. We understand that many of these requests will be time-sensitive, and we will do our best to assist. There is absolutely no guarantee of this permission being granted.

If you wish to request "virtual" production rights in connection with an already-licenced production, please email the following information to the appropriate address below:

  • Your licence number.
  • What online viewing platform would be used for the virtual performance (Zoom, Skype, etc.)? Note that virtual performances may only be made available via secure password-protected platforms and may not be posted publicly.
  • What is the estimated number of viewers of the virtual performance (total number of viewers for entire performance run)?
  • What qualifies a viewer to access the virtual performance (ticket buyer, invited guest, etc.)?
  • What ticket prices will you charge for access to the virtual performance?
  • What dates will the virtual performance take place, and during what dates will it be made available for viewing?
