James Hogan

James Hogan’s plays include Peacefully in his Sleep (Gate Theatre 1978); The Guest Room (Not the RSC Festival and Old Red Lion Theatre 1986); Venetian Gold (Cockpit Theatre London, Edinburgh Festival, King’s Head Islington 1991); Trotsky and Our Ernie (Cockpit 1990); Ivy & Joan (Print Room 2014, Jermyn Street Theatre 2016). James is the founder publisher of the theatre publishers Oberon Books. He has been a journalist/editor in the business sector and published several titles including The European Marketplace (Macmillan). Academic activities include Lecturer in Theatre Studies (London Guildhall University), Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art.
