Simon David Eden

Born and raised in Brighton, Simon is an alumnus of the Royal College of Art (MA Distinction). In addition to his work for the stage, (When The Saintz Go Marching In, The Little Match Girl - Musical) Simon’s writing career includes commissions from Hollywood studios and UK television. His script for TV medical series Bliss – All Fall Down (Carlton TV) won Best Feature Length Drama at the Quebec International Film Festival. He is also a lyricist PS: Surrealism, The Road Will Rise, The Little Match Girl Musical, author of the fantasy novel Animalian - The Savage Kingdom (Simon & Schuster UK), and has designed album covers, book jackets and posters for stage and screen. His art works have been exhibited in London, Nassau, and the Tsinghua Academy of Arts, Beijing, China. He’s currently editing a trilogy of semi-autobiographical stage plays based in Brighton in the 1970s.
