Kiera is counting down the hours until she can finally break free of family commitments. Everything is in hand until her estranged mother, Sandra, a celebrated interior designer, lands in from Los Angeles. As Sandra’s demands escalate, the evening swerves into dangerously unexpected territory. Backed only by her Uncle Daragh – a disgruntled actor – Kiera finds herself in a deadly fight for her future.
A satirical comedy, Fair Deal is an Abbey Theatre Commission.
Fair Deal was originally commissioned and produced by the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, and premiered there on 11 February 2026.
