A SAMUEL FRENCH, LTD. TITLE
Short Play, Drama / 12girl(s)
Ellen Dryden
A school is holidaying at an adventure camp. In the girls' tents the conversation centres on the harshness of the routine and the appalling food.
Sophie, acutely homesick, continually cries and Lottie, whose parents made a donation to a charity fund which enabled the others to attend the camp, is finding it hard to make friends. But rebellion is in the air ... Contained in the volume Six Primroses Each & Other Plays for Young Actors, which were originally written for Chiswick Youth Theatre, and in regular workshop and performance use by young actors between the ages of eleven and eighteen. They have good parts and dramatic situations for everyone betwen the ages of ten and twenty and are particularly suitable for National Curriculum Key Stage 3 or 4.
Two tents.
