Every line of this engrossing drama comes from these letters, evoking a gripping and powerful portrait of the woman, artist, daughter and mother.
Letters Home was first presented off-Broadway in 1979 at The American Place Theatre. It was directed by Dorothy Silver and starred Doris Belack and Mary McDonnell.
