Overview

An efficient suburban matron, chairing an evening meeting, finds that she has to cope with an offstage intruder. The meeting degenerates into a wild party, and the lady confesses to the lure of a liaison with this representative from the underside of society. The meeting ends by coming to order under a new woman but the implications are that she must also undergo some sort of expiation.
