Elementary My Dear

Overview

Elementary, My Dear is a farce for three men and three women.

At Tiller Towers, a decaying old country-house, James Tiller runs his School for the Training of Private Detectives-together with some less reputable activities on the side. His pupils are a strange collection - a lean young man with great enthusiasm and a liking for dressing up as Sherlock Holmes, a fifteen-year old schoolgirl straight out of St Trinian's, and an extremely sexy blonde. An expected visitor, Soaker the thief, makes a brief appearance dressed as a nun, and very soon everyone is involved in real-life crime concerning stolen jewels. A hectic day of plots and counter-plots culminates in a climatic fury of twists and double twists and the master finally, to his horror, finds he has a lot to learn from his pupils.
