Ian Hay
A straitlaced magistrate has for years railed against all manner of sin, especially gambling. But when his taxes threaten to cripple him financially he secretly begins to bet on the horses. He is exposed, to the glee of his track-loving menage, but at least he wins enough to stop worrying.
