Guy Unsworth

Guy is a freelance theatre director and writer based in London, working in the UK and internationally. After studying Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham, Guy won the Directors Guild of Great Britain award for 'Best New Director’. Following postgraduate training at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Guy worked under the mentorship of Christopher Luscombe, Iqbal Khan, Lucy Bailey and Hannah Chissick, as Assistant and Associate Director on numerous productions in the West End and at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Guy's freelance career now spans a wide range of genres, from new musicals to Shakespeare.
