Summary

When a shadowy intelligence organization finds a way to move a person's consciousness from one body to another, they decide to use the technology to create the perfect undercover operative. However, the eight top candidates for the job don't know this until the day they find themselves locked in a deadly game of constantly-switching personalities. Forced to compete not only for the job, but for the chance to survive, one of the candidates is eliminated every round. But could someone outsmart the rules of the game? Find out in this inventive, suspenseful body-switching thriller.

Performing Groups

DOCTOR – A high-ranking member of the intelligence organization. He is in charge of the eight candidates.
YELLOW – First to die. Was Yellow really a finalist at all?
BLUE – A finalist. Upbeat and cheery.
GREEN – A finalist. A pessimist who is easily sick.
BLACK – A male finalist.
BROWN – A finalist. Intelligent and resourceful.
WHITE – A finalist. Very rational.
GRAY – A finalist. Easygoing until pressed.
RED – A female finalist. Inventive and manipulative.
Non-speaking: Two additional actors or stagehands who take the other characters offstage as they are eliminated.

All characters besides RED and BLACK may be any gender. For clarity, male pronouns are used throughout the script for all but RED, but pronouns may be adjusted to suit your cast.
