It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year: the school musical! A passionate new theatre teacher is determined to take their high school’s drama program to the next level with an ambitious production of A Chorus Line. But before the curtain can rise, a cast must be chosen. What follows is a chaotic, hilarious and heartfelt audition process filled with hopefuls of all kinds: the overachievers, the anxiety-prone, the misfits and the stars-to-be. Through soaring songs, dizzying dance steps and personal revelations, these students bare their insecurities and dreams, discovering that the spotlight isn’t just about landing the lead, it’s about finding your voice. The Audition: The Musical! is a fast-paced, funny and deeply touching celebration of theatre, resilience and the courage it takes to put yourself out there.
