Four people have come to the Paradise Lounge on the same night for the same reason – to kill the singer. Farcical, sharp and laugh-out-loud funny, welcome to Psycho Night at the Paradise Lounge.
Four people have come to the Paradise Lounge on the same night for the same reason – to kill the singer. The four do not know each other and therefore do not know that the others are there for the same purpose. As the singer, Cindy, is onstage for her first set, the villains discuss with their accomplices the reason and method they’ve devised for Cindy’s death. One by one, they each set a trap in Cindy’s dressing room, where a crash and scream are heard.
By the end, The Paradise Lounge will contain four dead bodies, a variety of mysterious murder weapons and a room full of “silent partners” who are no help in unraveling the mystery.
Psycho Night at the Paradise Lounge premiered at The Burgess Theatre in Menlo Park, CA. It was produced by The Menlo Players Guild and directed by Rania Ho.
