Music Materials Returns

All music materials for Concord Theatricals shows must be returned once your production has finished. Here's how.

How to return your music materials

All music materials must be returned. We are happy to provide a UPS return shipping service free of charge. Please see the link at the bottom of the page to obtain your free return shipping label(s).

All materials must be returned within 14 days of your final performance date. If your materials are not returned in a timely manner, a late fee of one hundred pounds (£100) per week (or portion of week) will apply, and your organisation will be put on hold and all future license applications will be suspended. You will not be penalised for returning marked material, only for material that is not returned. Purchased scripts (i.e. Acting Edition/Paperback, Large Print, Spiralbound) do not need to be returned. Only items listed in the Rental Package section in your agreement or the packing list that came in your original rental shipment.

Additional charges will be incurred for materials returned to the wrong address. Concord Theatricals is unable to make exceptions.

**As stated in your performance licence agreement, you do not need to return your Hire Materials for the following titles:

Print your return label

You can generate your free UPS return label(s) here. 

Please note that UPS return labels are only available for customers in the UK and Eire.

How to Use Return Labels

Once you click through to the UPS website, you will be required to fill in a form, for which you will need to follow these instructions.

Enter CTUK into each of the fields, and click Continue. Fill in all of the required fields including your License Number, Show Title and details of any missing materials.

If you have more than one package, you can add multiple packages to your shipment before clicking Process Shipment.

Your label will generate and you will have the option of printing or saving as a PDF to print at a later time.

After you have printed your shipping label, you can schedule a UPS pickup or you can take your package to any UPS drop-off location.
